This course is designed to help seasoned counselors look at the potential next step of becoming certified as a supervising counselor. We will examine the requirements, benefits, and potential liabilities of working as a clinical supervisor in the counseling profession.
Course Objectives:
Participants will examine the pre-requisites needed to obtain certification as a clinical supervisor.
Participants will be able to identify the requirements and expectations of clinical supervisors.
Participants will compare the potential benefits and liabilities of acting as a supervising counselor.
